DESCRIPTION:

Robert is the author of my book ("Black and Pro-Life In America"), published by Ignatius Press and available for sell at Amazon Smile: https://amzn.to/2PNPFtO. When you sign into Amazon Smile, please remember the "Issues4Life Foundation".

In this interview my mother talks about her family's legacy, including an incident involving my great grandparents and the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), a bit about her husband (my Dad), and my sister (Jo-Ann). My mother would go on to be with the Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven four (4) months later (June 18, 2015).

QUOTE:

"Vi (Walter's mother) told Walter and I her grandfather, his great-grandfather, was lynched by the Klan. Vi shared how they cut off her grandfather's genitals, stuffed them in her grandmother, his great-grandmother, Mary's mouth, gagged her with a rag, forced Mary to watch her husband hang on a tree as their children were being burned alive in their home, then they raped Mary and left her for dead. Vi made it clear that her mother, Walter's grandmother, Bessie (who was one of six (6) siblings rescued from the fire by her older sister Viola) was only able to overcome this horrendous tragedy through the grace, mercy and forgiveness found only in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ." — Lori Hoye
