Well, Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith addresses this in the articles that are linked below and in her book which I just bought and started reading immediately. This is a summary of the 7 types of rest and I will be doing additional videos on each type of rest described below. We have all felt them, and I look forward to digging more into how to get the rest our bodies, minds and souls crave.
