Taken from a 1947 'One Minute News' reel by British Pathé, This video was filmed in the Dorchester Hotel in London. Mrs. Margaret Slee (formerly Mrs. "Margaret Sanger") is the President of America's Planned Parenthood Federation and is being interviewed by British Pathé's John Parsons.

Although this clip is cut short, Mrs. Slee's proposition was actually that there were no more babies in developing countries for the next ten years.
