DESCRIPTION:

In February of this year (2016), during Black History Month, Walter and Lori explored the Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park as a potential site for a small but strategic Black Pastors Conference focusing on Black History in terms of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The Fourteenth (14th) Amendment makes it extremely clear that no State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, nor deny any person the equal protection of the law. This conference, both historic in its nature and unprecedented in its purpose, will be the first of its kind addressing the protection of human life (from the womb to the tomb) as the “Final Chapter of the Civil Rights Movement.”
