to collect material several times, they were simply washed and sold again.

 After passengers ' complaints about receiving
false positive test results. Last week, police sent
an undercover officer to impersonate
a passenger when he was swabbed and
tested positive. Other officers staged a raid where
they found a used test
kit that had been washed.

 The scheme has been operating since December last year,
and it managed to earn 125,000 dollars. One
of the detainees even managed to build
a luxury house.
