CBOR-CP: The Capital Punishment Amendment

Progressives have long sought to use the Supreme Court to undermine the people's will in prescribing capital punishment for certain heinous offenses. The Cultural Bill of Rights will deny the Court the power to altogether eliminate the death penalty, while also voiding one of the Court's restrictions regarding to which cases the death penalty can be applied.
