UFC Full Fight: ISLAM MAKHACHEV vs ARMAN TSARUKYAN

I have a feeling this is not the last time we will see these two fight. Hopefully it is for a TITLE next time!

Absolutely beautiful, competitive grappling match. Makhachev pulled away in the second half of the last round. Tsarukyan seemed to gas out a little where maybe he didn’t have the energy to keep the fight standing and throw kicks as he would have liked. He still showed outstanding technique on the ground against an elite grappler. I did not expect Tsarukyan to have such high level wrestling skills. He was only 22 in this fight and has a high level Muay Thai background. He’s going to be scary in a few years at this trajection. Same with Makhachev. His stand up is only going to improve as he becomes a more complete fighter. The wrestling is already there.
