CBOR and the Article V Convention of States

Introducing a slate of twelve Constitutional Amendments in a public forum is one thing -- getting them officially proposed, and then ratified, is another. Some Amendments in the Cultural Bill of Rights would never make it through Congress in a million years. So how to get them proposed? Fortunately, Article V of the Constitution provides an alternate path for proposing Amendments -- and we're already headed down that path.
