I'm waiting for a better deal

Ohio is holding a lottery where 5 lucky people will receive 1 million dollars for receiving the vaccine. Bill DeBlasio is offering a burger and fries. Neither of these cut it for me, so my proposal is for all the remaining unvaccinated Americans to hold out for a better deal.
