What Do You Call That?

As a leader, you are expected to model the qualities you want those who are following to mirror in their own lives. When you're not living up to what is expected of a leader, followers begin to question your ability, your motives, and ultimately whether or not they should continue to follow. That's NOT a good place for a leader to be.
