Ingredients

2 - 4 Pork Chops
1/2 cup Flour
3 slices of Bacon
1 tbsp Black Pepper
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 large White Onion (optional) roughly chopped
2 tbsp J.O. #2 Seasoning (your favorite season all)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Cook Chops to an internal temp of 145* F
