Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act Press Conference || Walter B. Hoye II

On Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013 Rep. Trent Franks (AZ-08) hosted a press conference regarding the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. The bill would restrict late-term abortions nationwide. Franks announced last week that the bill, the scope of which was previously limited only to the District of Columbia, would now be amended to broaden its coverage so that its provisions will apply nationwide.
