Derek Chauvin's Work History... Like Others, Show's His Actions Should Have Never Gotten That Far!!!

As we have seen too many times before. When officers do something they should not, It is not documented properly, handled properly, reported properly, Etc. If they are removed from one department they are to find a job in another department with no knowledge of what they did or why they were removed?! From the first Department! These are all major issues of why things get out of hand and officers end up seriously hurting or killing people! Some stations are saying they are looking to improve this and the training of their officers. I hope so and a lot more needs to be done as well! These things should never have been overlooked in the first place! But mainly at any job you need to be reprimanded disciplined and released when you do really wrong things! Not just allowed to keep being overlooked and not handled especially in a job as serious as this one! Life cannot be given back!!! So life should never be so easily took!!!
