Easy Stuffing
350° 30-35 minutes
1 Pkg Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1/2 C Butter
2 Ribs of Celery - chopped
1 Lg Onion - Diced
1/4 C Carrot - shredded
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 C Chicken Stock
In large saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Add celery, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add onion and pepper cookuntil onions start to soften, add carrots and continue to cook for another minute or
two. Turn off heat and add bread stir until mixture absorbs butter. Add chicken stock and mix until
well combined. You may have to add more stock if the bread is too dry.
Pour into 2 qt casserole dish and bake @ 350° for 30-35 minutes. You can cover the stuffing if you prefer a moister stuffing.
