1. Single family home construction lower while apartment construction up.
2. Dollar crashing right now due to inflation
3. Lumber and inflation going up
4. Rich are moving their money somewhere, I find out later it's into defi and stablecoins
5. Riot blockchain fundamentals and earnings are way way up.
6. I'm not sure what the rich are waiting for but if they don't act, inflation and the crashing value of the dollar will wipe them out, so they HAVE to go into stuff like precious metals, commodities, stocks even, and of course, bitcoin and crypto (which is what we're all really waiting for).
