► Recipe and ingredients:
1 glass of yogurt (170 g)
2 tablespoons instant coffee (10 g)
2 eggs
1 glass of sugar (180 g)
Beat for 3-5 minutes
1/2 cup vegetable oil (100 ml)
1/2 cup of milk (100 ml)
2 cups of flour (270 g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (10 g)
Cake tin 23 cm, grease with butter
Sprinkle with flour
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 °
Cake cream:
Cream 200 ml
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Beat for 5-7 minutes
