In this episode Jason discusses clauses 4 - 7 of Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. These clauses include the power of Congress to regulate the naturalization of citizens (but not enforcement of the border which is granted in other sections). Jason also discusses Congress' authority to coin money (but not print paper money), as well as their authority to punish counterfeiting of coins and securities. Finally, he discusses the VERY limited authority of Congress to build Post Offices and Post Roads which is the only "infrastructure" spending allowed.
