Security camera catching criminal behavior

Woke up to loud pinging from the metal bars being hit protecting my window. No one lives above us and this women said she was trying to wake up her cousin. He lives next door, top floor so very strange for her to be throwing rocks at our window. Drugs make people do some strange things. We've put the cameras up because these events happen all the time and things have gone missing since our neighbor moved in.
