Meet Elise Smith. She’s a 31-year-old entrepreneur, baker, recipe developer, food writer and owner of WinniE’s Bakery who has an incredibly joyful and optimistic outlook on life. She’s also cancer survivor who was recently diagnosed with having Myelodysplastic Syndrome and is currently fighting for her life for a second time.
