Honey Garlic Shrimp

Honey Garlic Shrimp

2 lbs Shrimp - peeled & deviened

Sauce

2 tsp Garlic - minced
1 tsp Ginger - minced
1/2 C Honey
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 Lime - juiced

Parsley - chopped for garnish

Combine all ingredients and divide in half

Marinate shrimp at least 30 minutes in half the sauce.

Drizzle canola oil in pan on medium to high heat. Sear shrimp 1 -2 minutes on
each side. Pour remaining sauce on shrimp and heat through.

Serve over rice.
