EMERGENCY DOG DUMPED AFTER RECEIVING SERIOUS HIT ON HIS HEAD.

This is one of the worst emergency situations we find our-selves in. What happened to Petey is not much unlike your worst nightmare.

Petey is a staff mix bought from a breeder ; he had a family who supposedly ''loved'' him. A happy ever after story soon turned into a terrible case of cruelty and neglect when Petey was attacked by the youngster of their neighbor. Fearing his looks , the young boy hit Petey with a baseball bat so badly that one of his eyes leaked out.
