Former action movie star Steven Seagal is given Russian citizenship by Putin

Seagal, best known for his lead roles in 80s action films, is now a special envoy of the U.S. for Russia. Not only does Putin issue him a passport, Seagal went on to present formally a Russian sword to Venezuela's communist dictator Madura.
