PROCEDURE: Make an extra copy of this template. Think of a comic book you've read. Use a character from that story or make yourself the main character. Create a short story with at least two characters. Write it out on the back of the template. Now draw the characters and what they are saying in each box. Use a speech balloon for the dialogue. What is the main idea of your story? That will be the title. Write it on top next to the word title. Now color the pictures in each box. Read your story out loud to a family member or friend. Save the blank template to write more stories.
