Dr. Hall is the author of The Facts About Facial Cosmetic Surgery and received his B.S. Degree from the University of Kentucky and his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in 1982.

Dr. Hall is triple board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr Hall is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been practicing medicine and surgery in Eastern NC since 1982 and is the owner of Facials & Fillers Aesthetics Center.
