Did Jesus Believe Himself to be HaShem?

A lot of claims have been made by many concerning the life of a Jewish man named Jesus (Yeshua, Yhoshua ben Yosef). The gospel accounts in the Christian bible portray him as G-d in the flesh, as do many of his followers. Question is: Did Jesus believe himself to be HaShem, and if so what does that tell us about him?
