Lucky | Rottweiler/Doberman Mix

Rumble / Rottweiler & Doberman mix -
(possibly with a splash of Doberman Pinscher) whose owners gave no reason when they left him at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on May 9th. Weighing 63 lbs, Lucky walks well on leash, pulling at times but then returning easily, and he already knows how to sit on command. His handler called him “very connected,” meaning he was tuned in to her and wanted to please. Lucky appears to be house trained, and he aced his shelter-administered temperament test with a perfect score. He’s good with other dogs but, because of his size and strength, can overwhelm them with his excitement to be friends, so we recommend proper introductions. This kissable, adorable, and loving boy will be an excellent indoor pet for an individual or family who will include him in activities of all kinds.
