Keto Churro Chaffle Sundae

In a bowl combine 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 egg.
Cook your mix in a waffle maker for 2 minutes. I used my mini dash waffle maker.
Combine 2 tbsps of golden lakanto sweetener and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Sprinkle your Chaffle with the cinnamon "sugar", while still warm.
Add your favorite keto ice cream and toppings.
