Rescuing a Dog Stranded in Water Gutter

Info from Licensor: "I walked with my son, returning home we saw people standing by the water gutter, it turns out that a dog was stuck there, but they could not get it. Then a guy came up, he had a leash and he made a stranglehold and we could use it to get the dog. After the rescue, the dog ran away, and their other dogs were waiting for it. Happy ending.
