Ingredients:
chicken
carrots
potato
green chili(optional)
coconut milk
pepper
curry powder
bay leaf
tomato
mince ginger
onion
garlic
fish sauce
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
cooking oil

Fry the carrots and potato when its cook set aside.Saute the garlic, onion, ginger, pepper, bay leaf , curry powder and put the chicken cover lid for 10 minutes. Add the coconut milk let it boil and cover lid slow heat until its tender and thick.
