Exploring an Abandoned Pond in the Hoosier National Forest

My buddy Brian Carlson from Carlson Adventures went and bought himself a new Dream Hammock Sparrow and was itching to use it. So he called me up at the last minute to see if I wanted to go on an overnighter. I was originally going to stay in for the weekend but hearing the excitement in his voice I relented LOL. So we set out to find and camp by another abandoned pond in the Charles C Deam Wilderness. The temperature and weather were perfect for the trip and it was a very relaxing time in the woods. Even these short backpacking and camping trips are pretty awesome to take.
