Garrett Pro-Pointer AT Malfunction??? Plus a bottle cap is found !!!

I was out fossicking aka hunting bottle caps and pull tabs at a local county fairgrounds and I think I had this glitch or malfunction with my Garrett Pro-Pointer AT and figured I use it for a video to see if anyone can tell me whether it is an operator error or a glitch/malfunction with the device and to show others what to look for.
