4 cups of water
4 Eggs
Chorizo (8 oz) Pack or desired amount
Roasted Anaheim Pepper
1 large potato, chopped
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream or half and half (to mix with eggs)
4 Tbsp better than bouillon (chicken) or 2 Tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp Mexican Oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper

Toppings Desired amount of chopped cilantro and choice of cheese
