In this video we show you how to make Garlic & Parmesan Butter at home as well as how to clarify butter (ghee).

1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cloves smoked garlic or 2 teaspoon smoked garlic powder
1 tablespoon - Italian Bread Oil Mix
1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese
