IT IS FINISHED! / PB's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I am curious about something important. ALL pastors say that Jesus died for the sins of the world. I have said that I was NOT alive at the time he died. JESUS NEVER said that he came to die for the sins of the world forever. When the angel appeared to Joseph he said that Mary will give birth to a son and HE will save HIS People from THEIR sins. Any thoughts on this?
