Parsnips & More Spinach To Harvest

Today Pascalina is finally ready to harvest the Parsnips we saw growing back in May, but planted in Winter. They took awhile to grow, but she was extremely happy with the harvest. I wonder if she will do an episode of What's Cooking with the spinach and parsnips she harvested today.
