Memorial Day in today's society involves cookouts at the lake or beach while enjoying the extra day off from work. This is far from the truth. Memorial Day is a day to commemorate those who gave all for the freedom that we have today. As those who fought in past wars from World War 1 to Iraqi Freedom, we too as Christians have to be ready to take arms and fight against the powers of darkness. As God as our General and Commander-In-Chief, we can win any battle, thanks to His words that never fades away.
