Biden's Top Gun Guy Wants to Ban "Assault Weapons" But Can't Define Them

David Chipman, President Joe Biden's nominee for director of the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms administration, asserts that he wants to ban all "assault weapons,' but when Sen. Kennedy and Sen. Cotton ask him to define "assault weapon," he says that it would be up to congress to define it.
