COVID19 VACCINE CLINIC ISSUES!! PART 3

In this third installment, which should have been published weeks ago, I look to help those who have taken this product and what to do to report a side effect in Ontario, Canada, as well as in America using the VAERS system.
I demonstrate more of the same runaround from the Hospital where this "Vaccine" was administered (William Osler, Brampton), the Ontario Government and Health Canada with my typical phone calls, e-mails and website shenanigans!

The Hospital where it was administered gives you papers that first say to report a side effect to the person administering your second dose. Then changes to your health care provider, then changes to your Local Public Health Unit, ALL in the same pamphlet!
The Hospital if you call them tells you to report to the Local Public Health Unit or Telehealth Ontario.
The Ministry of Health Ontario tells you to report it immediately to the people/agency who administered it to you.
Health Canada says to Report it to your Doctor, who then Reports it to the Local Public Health Unit, who then Reports it to the Provincial Health Unit, who then Reports it to the Federal Health Unit, who lastly Reports it to Health Canada! And not allowed to e-mail this Report during any of this chain of command either! Confused yet?? LMAO

Today, June 3, 2021 I can say with confidence that I have found the easiest way for anyone who is looking to have the actual Document used to report a Covid19 "Vaccine" side effect in Ontario.
