Red Light "UFO?" reapers and hangs around. What the Hell is this?

So that odd red light showed up again in my Security Camera. This time it was at 4:55 AM. Please keep in mind this camera is mounted on a 30-foot pole over the roof of my house. It is obvious that the light is between my camera and the trees on the other side of my neighbor's property so the object/entity is not very big. I have no idea what this could possibly be so please feel free to make a guess in the comments. And NO... it is NOT CGI.
