Why We Don’t See Dark Side of the Moon..

Why don't we see the dark side of the Moon? Is there something hidden on the back side of the lunar surface that no one wants us to see? Or is it just the nature of the Moon's orbit around Earth? Many planets have their own Moons, and many stars have their own planets.
