Short Kayak Float on the North Fork Holston River

We got a late start to the float due to me moving 2 bedroom suits the day before and I needed a couple hours to get my parts moving that morning! For that reason Thomas and I decided just to do our short float and take out time as we went. It was a super slow day for this section but we finally started seeing some action on the Ned Rig, Case Sinkin' Salty minnows, Case Hellgrammites and shallow running crankbaits. then about half way through the day I hooked a nice smallmouth and when I reached for the net I accidently pulled the camera cord out of the power supply!
