Securing Louisiana's Election with Col. Phil Waldron

This is a call with Col. Phil Waldron and LA Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin organized by concerned Louisiana citizens. We currently have multiple bills pending in our legislature that need to be amended to address the vulnerabilities with Heart, ES&S, and Dominion so they and other un-secure systems can be excluded from consideration in LA elections. Ideally we go to block-chain other secure system, but the most secure is old-school hand-counted paper ballots with proprietary paper, signatures, thumbprints and security features.
