Green Card Decision: SCOTUS Unanimous, No Path for Illegal Immigrants

In a stunning unanimous decision, the Supreme Court has ruled on Green Cards for Illegal Immigrants. They cannot have one.
The case, Sanchez v. Mayorkas, has to do with criminal aliens Jose Sanchez and Sonia Gonzolez seeking a path to citizenship.
The couple came to the US illegally in the 90s and were granted Temporary Protected Status following disastrous earthquakes in their host nation of El Salvador.
The attorney for the hostile foreign invaders argued that the TPS is a type of legal status of presence in the US and that they are therefore entitled to additional special privileges similar to those of lawfully present foreigners in the US.
