Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars Part 1

An excerpt from a book, I am writing, entitled "Rise and Fall: A Discourse Upon the Phenomena of Civilisation and of Decline", by Silas. This is a small excerpt from the conlcusionary section; this section details many varying concepts, but I thought it prudent and pragmatic, to begin with, the most important of them, which is the understanding of technocracy, cybernetics, and Huxley's intrepid vision of the future. We are traversing into this future, as can be seen. Moreover, the connections between cybernetics and technocracy and between the true stated goal of Eugenics and the current pharmacological final solution being presented for the European problem; as they see it. Although, now that they have double-dosed most of the Western world, they seem to be turning their attention to the gullible of the developing world.
