How to make delicious Fluffy Pancakes

Prep time: 15 min.
Resting time: 10 mins.
Cooking time: 10 mins.

Make your weekend more exciting by surprising your love ones or yourself with fluffy pancakes.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour – 2 Cups
Baking powder – 2 tsp.
Baking Soda – 1 tsp.
Butter – 4 tbsp. [ Room temp.]
Sugar – 3 tbsp.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Milk – 2 Cups
Egg – 2
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.

Direction :

For preparation:

*Wet mixture*
Take a bowl
Add milk, vanilla extract, eggs and whisk it.
Add melted butter and whisk it again.
Store it in the fridge for 10 mins.
*Dry mixture*
Take another bowl
Add all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
Mix it all well.
Take out the wet mixture and add gradually to dry mixture.
Mix it.
Tip: to make sure the pancakes are fully don’t over Whisk/turn the mixture.

Cooking:

Take a pan.
Add butter and brush it thoroughly.
Add pancake mixture.
Tip: Once the bubbles are formed it indicates its time to flip the pancake.
Cook it from another side until light brown.
Serve it with your favourite berries and top it with honey/maple syrup.
