Liberals do not believe in science because they could not be trying to silence people if they did. Science is not just about the data—theories based on observation. It is about the debate to find the rational truth. CO2 is a gas; like all gas, when heated, it moves. Thus we have wind. The Sun and angle of the Earth determine how much light, heat and solar radiation we get. Charged particles determine things like humidity, which causes anything from fog to rain to storms. Most CO2 is released from the oceans. While I suspect doom goblins like Greta von Doomsberg of the clan, Emotional Manipulation does not know much about ice breaking off the polar caps. Even I know it has been happening for millions of years. Did you know water expands when frozen? So ice takes up MORE space than water. Thus, given most of the ice is underwater, and for the last 10 years, we've only seen a 0.2 mm rise in water level, I suspect it will be more likely a 6 mm, not a 600 cm rise in oceans if ice caps melt. But given most predictions are wrong, we cannot rely on the original estimates from the 1950s. MY best guess? With billion of research grants at stake, science has politicised itself because bullied gets want to take all the money off overpaid jocks and beauty queens. Look at the growth in funding for the weather. Everything is climate studies. But it's not producing new jobs, new technology, or better technology. Consumerism is driving the advance of consumer products. What about the electric car, you might ask. It's not new technology, and its production is all about the dollars. Science cannot feed itself, and it is dependant on the government. So universities go radical to chase the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, using mobs of brainwashed minions, which the universities churn out to leech more funds off the people, all the time claiming they know better, everything is for the greater good. Well, it is not. It is all a scam. Time to expose it all.
