Goal of divestment from fossil fuels movement is to destroy capitalism

Climate justice can be differentiated the broader climate movement that primarily focuses on greenhouse gas emissions and more technocratic solutions because climate justice emphasizes how climate change is connected to broader systems of colonialism, white supremacy, patriarchy, and neo-liberal capitalism. So by implicating these systems, and the problems of climate change, climate justice demands then systemic transformative solutions (aka communism).
