GRIZZ HERE!!! Well it is one of those days this video is short because my AFIB is going crazy and has decided to put me in Cardio mode for the day. It is part of my life now I can choose to let it ruin my day or understand that God has kept it from killing me because I still have purpose in life so be happy. I chose to be happy.
