In the Name of Science, Scientists Got Lobsters Stoned, Tortured Them to See if it Dulled Their Pain

Because a lobster pound owner and stoner in Maine did some “research” and found that lobsters have cannabinoid receptors, she has been getting her lobsters stoned before cooking them under the belief it is more humane and dulls their pain. Scientists, a term I am using loosely here, decided to follow up on this belief of hers and test it. In doing so, they baked boxed Maine lobsters and then proceeded to throw them in 118 deg F water and see if it dulls their pain, torturing them in the name of science.
