For me, the gym is a place to get away for an hour each day. To get my mind right. First thing in the morning, to me, is ideal because I get to set the tone for how the rest of the day will go. Accomplishing a goal early in the day boosts the daily confidence levels and helps keep you ahead of everyone else still hitting the snooze button.
